Before we get started...

During your onboarding process you will be asked to upload three forms of identification so please be prepared.

List of acceptable forms of documents.

  • Driver's License
  • Social Security Card (Required)
  • State ID Card
  • Bank or Credit Union Statement
  • Cancelled Check
  • Government Issued ID
  • Signed Letter from Homeless Shelter
  • Stamped Post Office Box Receipt
  • Utility Bills (Water, Gas, Electric, or Telephone)
  • Pay Stub
  • Proof of Social
  • Other
